What You Need to Do for Easier Product Registration for Service
This repair form can only be completed for products offered and delivered by “Eurogroup-33” Ltd.

- Fill out the product repair form, which you can download here.
- If the product for which this form is being completed comes with an issued warranty card, please include it in the shipment along with the product when sending it via courier. Before sending the item, consult with our team by phone or preferably through the contact form.
Preparing to Return a Product
- Ensure that any changed settings, passwords, or similar configurations (if applicable) are reset to their default values. Failure to do so may hinder the service technician in diagnosing, repairing, and testing the product's functionality.
- Verify that all accessories accompanying the product (if applicable) are included, as they are essential for proper diagnosis, repair, and testing of the item.
If during diagnosis it is determined that the item cannot be repaired, “Eurogroup-33” Ltd. will contact you to clarify the next steps. Standard procedures include replacing the item with another (either identical or equivalent) or refunding the purchase amount.
