You can return a product you ordered within 14 days of receiving it. Returned products that are incomplete, damaged, worn, or dirty will not be accepted. The product must be returned in the original packaging in which it was delivered, along with the documents received in the original shipment. Make sure the product you wish to return meets the return conditions outlined here.

If you want to return multiple items of the same product, it is enough to fill out only one return form. If you want to return more than one different product, fill out a separate form for each product.

The return fee for products offered by “Eurogroup-33” Ltd. is free for the customer, except in cases where a more expensive courier service than the one normally used by “Eurogroup-33” Ltd. is selected. For this purpose, before sending the item, please consult with the website team by phone or, preferably, through the contact form.
