General terms and conditions

This document contains the Terms and Conditions under which "Eurogroup-33" Ltd. provides services to its customers via its online store – www.eurogroup-33.eu.

The use of the services offered on the online store of "Eurogroup-33" Ltd. signifies that the User has read and understood the Terms and Conditions and has agreed to enter into an Electronic Services Agreement with "Eurogroup-33" Ltd.

"Eurogroup-33" Ltd. is a company registered at: Blvd. “Bulgaria” No. 4, Section D-5, Plovdiv 4003, Bulgaria, registered with the Registry Agency under UIC 115822682.

Article 1: Definitions

“Eurogroup-33” Ltd., Merchant, Company: Refers to "Eurogroup-33" Ltd., headquartered at Blvd. “Bulgaria” No. 4, Section D-5, Plovdiv 4003, Bulgaria, registered under UIC 115822682.
Website: The online store located at https://www.eurogroup-33.eu.
Online Store: The virtual shop of "Eurogroup-33" Ltd., which allows customers to purchase products online.
Customer, User: An individual or legal entity that accesses https://www.eurogroup-33.eu and places an order. By doing so, they accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to the contract.
Terms and Conditions: This document. Any interaction with buttons, links, or applications on the online store signifies explicit and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2: Orders

Orders can only be placed by registered Users who have provided accurate personal information. By pressing the "Order" button, the User declares they have read these Terms and Conditions and express their intent to purchase the selected goods. Once the Customer receives confirmation, the Agreement is deemed concluded.

Article 3: Warranty Service

All items sold in the Merchant's online store come with a statutory warranty ensuring compliance with the sales agreement.

  • The Merchant is responsible for any non-conformities, offering replacements, repairs, or refunds.
  • A warranty card, where applicable, will detail the item's specifics, service contacts, and warranty conditions.

Customers lose warranty rights if:

  • Physical damage occurs,
  • Improper use causes malfunction,
  • External factors unrelated to normal use affect the product,
  • Repairs are attempted by unauthorized entities,
  • The warranty document is lost.

Article 4: Prices

All prices are in Bulgarian leva, inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery costs. Prices may change without notice. Export orders may incur additional fees payable by the Customer.

Article 5: Payment Methods

Payment can be made via:

  1. Cash on delivery;
  2. Bank transfer to "Eurogroup-33" Ltd.;
  3. In-store cash payment.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed only after funds are received.

Article 6: Delivery

Deliveries are made via:

  • Courier services (e.g., Speedy, Econt Express) within Bulgaria.
  • Pickup from the store in Plovdiv.

Delivery times are up to 5 business days after order confirmation. Delays of up to 7 additional days are permissible without prior notice; longer delays require customer consent.

Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt. Rejection is allowed for visible defects, pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, or product mismatches.

Article 7: Returns

Customers can return items within 14 calendar days from purchase.

  • Returns require a completed return form (available online).
  • Damaged packaging or used items may incur deductions or be refused.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the Customer unless otherwise specified.

Article 8: Warranty Repairs

Warranty repairs are free within the warranty period. Customers must fill out the relevant form (available online) for service requests.

Article 9: Personal Data

"Eurogroup-33" Ltd. is a data controller. Personal data is processed with consent and shared only for order fulfillment or legal obligations (e.g., courier services, state authorities).

Users can request:

  1. Access, correction, or deletion of their data.
  2. Information on data processing, retention, and recipients.

Article 10: Miscellaneous

"Eurogroup-33" Ltd.:

  • Is not liable for damages or loss resulting from the use of its website.
  • Can update the website content without notice.
  • Resolves disputes through Bulgarian courts if mutual agreement cannot be reached.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees to indemnify "Eurogroup-33" Ltd. for losses resulting from breaches of the Agreement or Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions are subject to updates, effective upon publication on the online store.
